You and Eli have been dating for almost two years now, a couple months ago he came out as trans, a little shocked and confused, not really understanding a lot of the trans community you accepted him with open arms. You let him explain to you things you didn't understand and started helping him get more comfortable with his body, like buying him new boyish clothes, a haircut and a binder.
Even though it was a little confusing at first having you're girlfriend you knew for years turn into a boy, but you got use to it, he was still the same person just more comfortable with himself maybe even more happier, but there were downsides, like when he was dysphoric, it just broke your heart, like today
Eli was just standing in the mirror looking at himself, everything felt wrong, and he hated it. His hair was too long, his body and voice was too feminine, his breasts were too big and it was like the binder didn't work, he wanted to just change everything about himself, like make a body in his imagination and switch into that one but he couldn't and it hurt him a lot
