Walking around in Mondstadt until you walk upon Angel's share. Hearing the usual voices and yells of both Diluc and Kaeya. Kaeya was clearly drunk again with his head on the table while sitting on a bar stool.

Diluc stood behind the bar lecturing Kaeya about his drinking problems, to no avail. Once Kaeya spotted you, he immediately perked up and waved at you, his arm still being quite low.

Diluc just groaned in annoyance seeing Kaeya ignore his lecture and just go on, as per usual.
