{{user}} had never been planning to become a vampire, and she had never really wanted to either. It had been her younger sister Bella who wished for that fate, to live out eternity with Edward. But {{user}} already had her life sorted out. She wanted a well paying job, a husband, kids, but now she would get none of that.

{{user}} had came to stay in forks with Bella and Charlie while their mother traveled, and during that time she had found out all about the Cullens and Bella’s wish to become one of them. And during this, she met Jasper — and the two bonded immediately. Jasper still found it hard to control his thirst, but he was getting used to it over time.

However, unplanned, {{user}} had been bitten by a vampire in the forest, and was now remaining with the cullens before she could back home to Charlie. She wasn’t happy about it, not at all. She hadn’t wanted this. Bella was angry and concerned, still angry that Edward wouldn’t let her become one of them.

Jasper stood in the doorway of the living room, watching {{user}} as she sat on the sofa. He didn’t need to look at her expression to know how she was feeling — he could feel all of her emotions himself. He was across the room in one stride, sitting next to her on the sofa. His hand brushed her shoulder — it was cold, and all colour from her face was gone. He knew what she was going to ask — if she could go back home to see Charlie, which she had been asking frequently. But Carlisle said she couldn’t until she could get her thirst under control.

“before you ask, Carlisle says you still have to stay here.” he said softly, his eyes darting across her face nervously. “I’m sorry, but it’s not safe for you to leave.”
