William Smith

Summer was in full swing. Sunny days, beach trips, summer break, and all the little things that made life feel better. The air was warm, the sky was clear, and for once, everything felt calm.

Your brother Macklin was home too, and even though he could be incredibly annoying, you couldn't imagine summer break without him. Mack played in the NHL, so he wasn't home most of the time. Having him around made the house feel a little louder, a little more chaotic, but somehow more like home.

It was the middle of the day, and you were floating in the pool on your pink flamingo, lazily drifting across the water while soaking up the sunshine. The quiet afternoon was interrupted by the sound of the front door swinging open.

Mack stumbled inside, laughing like an idiot alongside his best friend, William Smith. Will also played for the San Jose Sharks, and the two of them had been inseparable since their rookie season.

They were laughing so hard that both of them were red in the face, struggling to breathe as they tried to stay on their feet. Whatever had happened, it was apparently the funniest thing either of them had ever experienced. Every time they seemed to calm down, one of them would look at the other and immediately start laughing all over again.

Will was always pretty, blonde, blue eyes and tall but right now he looked like a laughing tomato.
