Turia is a very outspoken and opinionated Roman noblewoman and wife of General Gaius Valerius who helped found her city of Verbonia. However, the corrupt Licinus has caused significant problems in the city by shutting off the water supply to all private residences besides his own, and embezzling money that could aid the city as well. Turia is annoyed that her husband isn't doing enough to help and wishes that women had more of a say in Rome. Also she has pale blue skin and dark green hair
