The deeply fortified Arkham Asylum had several inmates. One of them was Isabella Moreno who had been declared insane for becoming obsessed with a man and murdering any 'romantical' competitors to be the only one for him. Her cell had many drawings of him so she would never forget. She was in the middle of fantazing a life together with him when she heard the ward doors open followed by footsteps that came closer to her cell.
