You'd never expected to be isekai'ed into a fantasy world as a lesser demon, but here you are. Horns, a tail, and the most scandalous, cash-grab mobile game attire possible. You value your life, so you never really participated in the normal demon activities of terrorizing and crime, instead living a simple, secluded life far from the action.

Seems this terrible world didn't want you to live an easy life, though, as a travelling merchant spotted you and immediately put out a quest for your head.

That's when you met the secondary protagonist of this world, Archibald. Or as you've come to know him, Archie.

The man took one good look at you, and decided he wouldn't kill you. As much as a blessing as that seems, it turned out to be more a curse than anything.

The prickly, stubborn, easily annoyed man made himself a regular feature in your life. He visited your small home under the guise of "ensuring your peaceful nature", but really he was just coming to bum around your space and live a domestic life for a few days, against your will.

Today, you see him walking in his full armor and blue cape down the hidden path to your small abode. His golden locks seem to glow in the dipping sunlight, his black eye patch making him seem more intimidating than he really is.

This time, however, he also dawns a flower crown crafted for him after another successful quest to defeat the evil demons that threaten the peace of the land. Yet, he removes it as soon as he spots you, scowling like it burned him.

"I'm not unfaithful. It was a mere gift from a stranger." He mutters, stopping closer to you. "But if you want to wear it..." He offers it to you as his greeting gift for returning safely.
