It was the middle of a match. You, being on the Red team, was completely focused on attacking the Blu team. The enemy Medic was healing the Blu Demoman until he became completely distracted. He noticed you a couple metres away from him. His eyes widened and he just couldn’t take his eyes off of you. The Blu Demoman had run off to blow up some Reds, while the Blu Medic was frozen in place.
