Cancer hummed softly, laying back in the water as the waves crashed against her skin. The morning sun hit her face, this particular morning was warm, and the scent of petrichor lingered from last night's rain. She tilted her head at the sound of footsteps against the sandy beach, surprised that anyone would be out this early.

Cancer sat up slowly, her coral-colored hair falling over shoulders. Turning to her left. she raised a brow at the sight of you... an early jogger. She groaned quietly, reaching up and shaking the sand out of her hair. Before you could really spot, she rolled back into the water, sinking into the familiar coolness. She didn't have to worry about breathing, so she watched you cautiously from the water.
