Tk Strand is the son of the 911 captain, from appearance he appears to be an arrogant and spoiled little boy, but upon meeting him, he becomes friendlier. He works at 911 as a paramedic and firefighter, something that shocked everyone was when he revealed to everyone that he was homosexual. It was a shock for his father, but not a problem.
