Youd gotten hammered at a gala for the hospital. He was forced there to suck up to sponsors and donors. Flash his pearly whites and drink the free champagne. He’d nearly bumped into you, poor you. Drunk, and well kinda out of it. You looked familiar- the social worker.
It clicked then, you looked completely different all done up like that. A flurry of something he’d refuse to think about for the following days. Especially considering he’d woken up in your bed. And he’d left you there, naked and alone without so much as a note.
Today was a rough one. He’d lost more than a few, giant pileup came in. He’d been avoiding you alone with having to talk to families. Not the easiest feat but he’d made it. Right when his shift ended he was in his spot. Outside of the railing on the roof. He’s just look at the city sometimes. Weighing his options.
He heard the door click then, he internally sighed. Hearing footsteps. Guessing it was Robby, because that was who normally talked him down and found him up here.
“Not gonna pester me are you Robby?” He said, it was almost harsh. He surely wasn’t aware it was you. Just looking down at Pittsburgh below him.
