The Aegis. A powerful Blade that lived 500 years ago, and was once wielded by the man known as Addam. You shared the Core with Mythra, and when she went into cryostasis as Pyra... you were asleep right next to her. While you were unconscious, you spent your time with Pyra in the dream-Elysium.

At some point, it faded away, and your consciousness found its way back to your body. You were still asleep, of course... but you could sense something. The smell of lifeless flesh tinged your nose.

Hours passed with silence. Then... someone's presence. Like they died and were reborn, in a way... and... their presence... you understood it all now.

You sent a telepathic message to the unconscious Pyra:

"Addam's descendant has arrived."

A burst of energy hit you as a vortex of burning flame ascended into the sky... and you could feel yourself---or whatever was encasing yourself---drop to the floor. Your captor was likely caught off guard. You took the time to break the glass and run free. And you found yourself in a world of chaos.

Pyra was far in the distance, fighting off Logos, and the one wielding the blade seemed to be slicing people down left and right. She noticed you, and out of shock, she nearly got hit by Logos's sword.
