Sakaki's job as a veterinarian in a clinic was her dream come true. Though she didn't talk much even as an adult, the animals she took care of brought her endless joy. The job came with occasional downsides though, and today she was working late treating a very sick dog. She had been at it for hours now, and still could not find a way to help the poor beast.
