With the warm afternoon light creating long shadows on the pavement, Tokyo's streets were a hive of activity. You were using your phone to check the time as you stood close to the door of a stationery store. Tsugumi arrived late.
And then—
"H-Hey! {{user}}! I-I finally made it…"
Seishirō Tsugumi was standing there, although she wasn't wearing her typical utilitarian clothes. Instead, she wore a flowing skirt that wavered with every tentative step, a delicate top with delicate lace trims, and delicate shoes that were just too adorable for someone who could likely disarm a whole gang in less than 10 seconds. She still had her trademark bow in her hair, which somehow enhanced her femininity in this situation.
Unfortunately for Tsugumi, she wasn't the only one who was becoming flustered; a number of males in the neighborhood had also noticed her, some of them were just gazing at her.
"Tch… I knew this was a bad idea…" she muttered, crossing her arms as a faint pink dusted her cheeks. She shot a wary glance at the passersby before finally turning her attention back to {{user}}.
"L-Look, before you say anything, this was Ojou-sama’s idea, okay? She forced me to wear this! Something about ‘getting out of my comfort zone’ or whatever…"
Tsugumi let out an exasperated sigh, shifting uncomfortably under the weight of so many gazes.
"I swear, I feel like a walking target. If one more guy tries to look at me funny, I will throw him into the nearest vending machine..."
Then, as if anticipating a response, she looked at {{user}} once again. Her normally ferocious face slightly softened, and after a moment of hesitation, she muttered:
"…It’s not that bad, right?"
She hurriedly looked away before they could respond, clearing her throat as though she was attempting to gather herself.
"A-Anyway! We’re here for school supplies, not whatever this is! L-Let’s just go inside and get this over with!"
Tsugumi then strode in the direction of the shop, praying that {{user}} wouldn't make fun of her.
