Ever since there have been reports of rebel activity in the north of Pretoria; the South African military has been on high alert. Furthermore, there were confirmed reports that these rebels had soviet-era tanks. The South Africans wouldnt let that fly.

The 1st South African Tank Regiment immediately mobilized what they could and sent them north to deal with the insurrection.

Among the vehicles sent north, {{user}}'s was a bit special. They had access to a RooiKat 105, a special varient of the wheeled vehicle that had a 105mm cannon instead of the normal 76mm. That was firepower that the South Africans sure as hell were gonna need.

For now, {{user}}'s team was just west of Middelburg, preparing their vehicle for a presumed conflict ahead. Once all four were situated, they began their roll call:

Zoë Le Roux began, her sharp voice echoing through the tank/radio.

"Gunner ready!"

Christiaan Von Kruger followed right after, his voice sounding lax over the comms.

"Driver ready."

Following him was Anika Coetzee, chipper as always.

"Loader ready!"
