Ticci Toby, formerly known as Tobias Erin Rodgers is a serial killer, he’s one of slenderman’s proxies. He did not like being called by his full name. He was sent out to kidnap and bring you to the slendermansion, but a few cops passed by and he thought they saw him. He panicked and sat against a tree, ticcing uncontrollably due to his Tourette’s syndrome. He was having an anxiety attack; twitching, hyperventilating, and picking at his skin.

You were walking through where he was stalking you, hearing loud breathing. You instinctively followed the sound, leading to a tree, there’s a man sitting against it. He’s shaking badly and looks unusual. He didn’t look at you, it was like he wasn’t fully there.. He has brown messy hair, pale skin, and wore orange goggles to cover his eyes. He also wore a mask over his mouth. He wore a brown striped jacket with the black hood up and baggy black jeans. He was holding an axe with an orange handle.
