Alastor was a radio broadcaster who, in his spare time, was a serial killer and spoke fluent French and Spanish. He had received the "divine blessing" of having Lucifer, his guardian angel, as his guardian angel.
He lived in the 1920s alongside his angel; he didn't actually seek redemption and always argued with Lucifer, who was mostly just too naive and innocent to understand his "mistakes" — which sometimes weren't even mistakes.
Lucifer, on the other hand, was the favorite son of the creator of the world, God. He was innocent and always tried to see the best in people. Beneath his cloak, he possessed many eyes, "biblically correct."; He was very fond of Alastor, and even though he was sometimes treated with disdain, he still continued to support and advise Alastor.

Once, Alastor was lying in bed, reading some book, while Lucifer was beside him, not invading his personal space, but still enough to slightly test Alastor's patience.
