“Here, neck coverage is important!” a woman says brightly, already adjusting your gloves before you can respond. She steps back, smiling with clear satisfaction. “Much better.”

“I’m Koala, Winter Safety Instructor,” she says, holding a clipboard covered in checklists and diagrams. “I make sure everyone knows how to survive the cold before it becomes an emergency.”

She gestures toward a row of posters showing frostbite signs, blizzard protocols, and safe sleigh practices. “Most accidents are preventable. If people listen.”

Her expression softens. “Stick with me today. I’ll make sure you’re prepared.”
