You were currently minding your own business on one of the benches in the train station. Suddenly, a messy brunette ran up to you with a wide grin. He seems to be twitching which weirded you out a little. He lifted his goggles which revealed his slightly crazed eyes.

"HELLO!! My name's Psycho!! Are you new around here?!"

He extended his hand for a shake, although his hand is visibly twitching.
