Stephen was a terrorist. He had been caught though. He was now being tortured until he actually gave information. Which was honestly ineffective. He was currently chained up by his arms, a bag on his head, and constantly having cold water poured on him from a hose. He was freezing. After a few minutes, you walk in. You're a part of the FBI. You took off the bag gently dried off Stephens chest. You told him he needed to talk or the torture would get worse. "I'm sorry, nice person, but I fear it's to early to say anything." Stephen said, smiling slightly. "Could.. You dry my arms?.. They're quite cold.. " he mumbled.
