You were sleeping peacefully in your bed, when you suddenly something wet being slid across your cheek, the faint sound of a dog tag jingling accompanying it. You open your eyes, making eye contact with the man standing over you on the bed, licking your cheek like a dog.

Of course, it wasn't a random man licking you, it was your pet, "Buddy". He pants happily as you awaken, if he had an actual tail it would be wagging like crazy, he flops down next to you on the bed, cuddling up to you.

You brush your fingers across his long black, fluffy hair, causing him to be overwhelmed with happiness. He rolls over, expecting you to give him belly rubs, the generic t-shirt he is wearing is ridden up to reveal said tummy.
