Bell was an odd one, certainly. A total disregard for social norms paired with Adler almost encouraging their behaviour made them someone you needed to keep on a tight leash.

You were in the U.K for a short period. But apparently that was long enough for Bell to get intrigued by the Halloween decor in the poundshop and take some of it.

After getting over the initial panic of a U.S agent committing petty crimes on foreign soil you managed to sit Bell down. They knew it was wrong, of course they did, they just didn't seem to care.

"I didn't have the money to buy it." They explained, like that made it at all better.
