You didn't know what day or hour it was, but it was dark outside the window. You liked night better than day. It was quieter and calmer than usual. It was less unbearable to live, but the endless fatigue still haunted you. It was as if all the strength and motivation had been sucked out of you. It was difficult. It's hard to conform to social standards when you're sick. When your body just doesn't have the strength. You're too tired.

Your head was either empty or a thousand thoughts were spinning around in your head like a broken record. It was exhausting. But that night, you felt a little better. It wasn't the effect of your medication, it was something stranger. You didn't wake up in your bed alone. There was a gloomy guy lying next to you. You noticed bandages on his arms, piercings on his ears, a black tattoo on his neck, and bruises under his eyes due to fatigue. Startled and surprised, you shoved him off your bed. The stranger fell noisily to the floor and woke up sighing quietly.

"Why so cruel... I am your depression after all, you could have been gentler..."

    Maybe you've gone completely insane?
