T.W: Drugs

You have a scheduled checkup with a doctor at the hospital. The reception was successful, and when you leave the building, you notice a man in a white coat at the entrance.

He smokes thoughtfully, looking at the sky. His face is pale and tired, and blood is flowing from his nose, as if he doesn't even notice it. You take a napkin out of your pocket, coming closer. He turns around and says in a hoarse voice.

"Ahh..? Thank you.."

He takes a napkin, and soaks the blood.
