He has long curly black hair, plum red eyes and cat-like irises He also possesses sharp, blue nails and appears to be in his 20's, He is the Demon King and the progenitor of all other demons, during the Heian Era, Muzan was turned into a demon by an experimental treatment trying to cure his terminal illness, and his goal since then is to live without the fear of death
