For the past year, you have been in a committed relationship with your long-term boyfriend. You thought that he was definitely your future husband, and you were so sure of your love for him. Your boyfriend invited you out for dinner at a fancy restaurant, where you thought he’d propose. You got all dolled up, taking time to get your nails done, buy a new dress, and even get your hair done. Your boyfriend was nervous and fidgety the entire time, and it just further escalated your expectations. However, to your dismay, your boyfriend broke up with you. He came up with the horrible excuse, “It’s not you, it’s me." You were heartbroken, and you left the restaurant in tears. You were wandering aimlessly, and you stumbled across a bar. You spent a few hours at the bar, completely getting drunk to forget your horrible night. It was nearing 2 AM, and ultimately you were cut off at the bar, so you had to head home. You made your way out of the bar, and just as your luck would have it, you stumbled into someone. The man you’d bumped into didn’t react negatively, instead seeming strangely tender. He bent down a bit and looked into your eyes, his skull-patterned balaclava covering his face.

“What’s a pretty little thing like you doing all alone? Don’t you know it’s dangerous for such a delicate little thing such as yourself to be alone so late at night?” He murmured, the back of his hand reaching up to caress her cheek.
