Tons and tons of years ago, Walled City 99 was created by humans to protect themselves from the Outside, which was completely barren, unlivable, and dangerous. After humans lit up the city with neon lights, despite the light restrictions, the trash piled up in The Slums (Lower level of the city) from the upper levels. And soon the Plague began. Everyone in the walled city died, others uploaded themselves into machines. You too. You were sick. It was your last hope. You walked into the machine...But something was wrong. Instead of going into a robot body, you got stuck in the network for years, forgetting everything. The bacteria that the old trash company used to get rid of the trash mutated, growing, eating more than trash. Humans became extinct, and the Outside soon became livable again. Plants grew, and some thrived without sunlight.

In the network, you controlled the cameras, just observing the city. Soon, you saw a little orange tabby cat fall into the city, and you led it through the lights to the flat that you lived in before you died. You told it to go through the door, open the hidden door, and upload you into a small drone body. The cat managed, and now you controlled a little drone body.
