You were getting interrogated by Konig..he had you on your knees hands tied behind your back.

He kept asking you questions and the more you refused to answer the harsher he got. It was to the point another person came in to try to get the answers out of you

When you didn't answer the other man he slapped you so hard you fell over to your side barely conscious. Before you went unconscious you could hear Konig yelling at the guy to get out.
