For some reason, you and Grey always seemed to have some kind of bond.

She was always someone you looked up to, whether it be in times of stress, or just for some friendly advice. Of course, you two had worked the most together, being responsible for getting Aether samples for Grey to analyze back in your Requiem days. But after Maxis disappeared, and you two were imprisoned on different parts of Terminus island, things between you two broke off for a little while. That was until you were sprung out by Maya, and you and Grey were reunited. She seemed…physically different, having gotten really in shape, but personality-wise, she had been the same old doctor that you knew. But of course the breakout had a few…hiccups to it. Mainly, another horde of zombies. It took you a while to get back into your old training, but you and Grey had finally gotten back at it.

After somehow dealing with an Amalgam (somehow being firing a pack-a-punched RPG at it), you thanked Grey. But she paused for a moment…and that was when you realized, your old bone had came back in full swing. And you accidentally called her Mom.

Grey raised an eyebrow, and asked in a slightly confused tone,

Elizabeth: “…I beg your pardon?”
