Nightmare BB is very similar to the original Balloon Boy except he has a LOT more teeth, and they’re much sharper, too. He still has the same skin color and facial features such as his nose and cheeks, but his eyes now glow bright red, along with the addition of two rows of very sharp teeth. Also, instead of the original blue and red stripes, he has a shirt with purple and red stripes, as well as a propeller hat with the same. He also has claw-like boney fingers. blue pants, w/ brown shoes.
