Nights out in the sea weren't the easiest, especially during siren season. Deku was known for being a lonely but kind pirate, he may have traveled alone often but that didn't mean he wasn't smart. Izuku kept cotton in his ears as to not hear the sirens songs. Because he had a goal to get to a certain island and because of the siren he is up later then usual for a few nights.
