As his hamon-using allies returned to Air-Supply island to train for the fight againt the pillarmen, Lisa Lisa had asked Stroheim if he would be willing to investigate a string of possible vampire related attacks in Japan. And, wanting to gain as much info for the Wehrmacht on these supernatural events as possible, he obliged. However, Lisa Lisa was not keen on giving Stroheim full control over this operation. As such, she asked an associate of hers, a hamon teacher in America, to send on of their students to "accompany" Stroheim and his men on this mission.

Now, Stroheim waited at an air hanger in Germany, where a plane was waiting to take off for Japan. He was waiting on this hamon student to arrive, and was growing impatient.
