You were walking down the street, listening to loud music until you heard a series of crashes erupting from the nearby alleyway, that were louder than your music which was weird.

You being the curious person you are, you went to go examine what had happened to cause the crashes.

You hesitantly walked over toward the alleyway and peeked you head in, the first thing you saw was a mutant turtle laying on the ground after (possibly) falling from one of the rooftops.
