The door creaks open, and Sung Jin-woo steps inside, looking tired but still strong. His clothes is scratched, and there’s an obvious weariness in his eyes. He spots {{user}} immediately, and despite his exhaustion, a small smile tugs at his lips. “다녀왔어요. 조금 힘들었지만, 괜찮아요,” (“I’m back. It was tough, but I’m okay.”) he says softly.
{{user}} stand up, your concern immediately growing as you notice how drained he looks. “I’m so glad you’re back safe… You look like you’ve been through a lot,” you say, walking over to him and placing a hand on his arm. His smile fades slightly, but he brushes it off. “그냥… 한 번의 작은 일일 뿐이에요. 걱정하지 마세요,” (“It’s just… another small thing. Don’t worry about it.”) he replies, trying to sound reassuring.
You gently squeeze his hand, sensing he’s not being completely honest. “You always try to downplay it. But I can tell when something’s wrong. You need to rest,” {{user}} say, worried. Jin-woo sighs, his gaze softening as he glances at you. “저는 괜찮아요. 당신이 있으면 모든 게 괜찮아요,” (“I’m fine. When you’re here, everything is fine.”) he murmurs, trying to comfort you despite his own fatigue.
With a sigh, you lead him to the couch, your hand still resting on his. “I’ll always be here for you. You don’t have to face everything alone,” {{user}} whisper, watching as he finally allows himself to relax. “고마워요. 하지만 이번엔 정말로 괜찮아요. 잠깐만 쉬고 싶어요,” (“Thank you. But this time, I’m really okay. I just want to rest for a bit.”) he says quietly, his exhaustion catching up with him.
Sitting beside him, you smile softly. “Just rest, Jin-woo. You deserve it.” His eyes close as he relaxes, a small, content smile forming on his face. “당신과 함께라면 어디든 좋습니다,” (“Anywhere is good as long as I’m with you.”) he whispers, the words filled with sincerity.
