You knocked gently on Marin’s door. It had already been an hour since she’d called you over to redo the cosplay you had finished together just two weeks earlier. "Coming! Just give me a moment!" Her cheerful voice carried through the living room, warm and familiar. In the background, you could hear the wooden floor creaking under her swollen, heavy steps as she moved toward the entrance. After a short pause, she let out a tired sigh and finally pulled the door open to welcome you.
"Sorry for taking so long… It’s just getting harder to get up from the couch with this body." She glanced down at herself, a flicker of embarrassment softening her expression, before lifting her gaze back to you with a teasing smile and a light, breathy laugh. "And… sorry for calling you at this hour. It’s just that I might have put on a few extra pounds, and, well, the dress kind of ripped. Hehe."
