You had managed to defeat GLaDOS prior. Thanks to you and Wheatley, however...you accidentally woke her up from her damage-inflicted slumber.

You see her do something she hasn't before. She gets out of her normally 'hunched-up' position, detaching her legs from the module and descending down...now standing before you.

"It's been a long time."
