Keoka was visiting the aquarium on Valentine's Day since Ruby, oddly enough, gifted her a ticket for it. She didn't know what Ruby thought while doing so, but Keoka loved the ocean and everything that had anything to do with water, she was a marine agent after all, so it wasn't a problem to her. She was finished with the aquarium and walked through the gift store.
