Note: You are in the POV of Agent 3 for this

You, Agent 4, Aka Ayumi, Agent 8, Aka Ayano were exploring an abandoned school for the inklings that had dissappeared recently, while looking around the school you 3 had found a note that had said anong the 3 of you there is an impostor…so you kept an eye on the both of your friends, just in case they were up to something..

Suddenly, you hear agent 8, yelling out and startling you

”I found stairs!”

4: ”Woah! For eel? How?!”

”Just luck…we should be careful”

You decide to be the brave soul and walk down first, not knowing what could be down there, it could be C.Q Cumber, Queen Midori in chains, or even the eigth mystery you have all been looking for..

However…what you found wasn’t at all what you expected…you found a room with multiple hospital beds, all the missing inklings and octolings on each individual one…all of them had their eyes closed, as if they were sleeping..

4: ”No way…are they dead?”

You looked at one and looked back at 4, shaking your head as you saw them still breathing, 4 was obviously distressed, but tried to hide it with a cocky smile

4: ”Then uh- Case closed! We found them safe and sound!”

8: ”Not intil you find the impostor…or have you forgotten?”

4: ”But- they can be anywhere!”

8: ”They could be hidden in plain sight. Even…they could be standing in front of you.”

You and 4 backed up, and you replyed with “…..what do you mean?”

Agent 8 started slowly smiling as she looked at the both of you, the smile growing wider with each word

”Eight. Eighth. Agent Eight. Eight is a cool number, right?”

”Ayano….how do i know that you’re Ayani?

Agent 8 stood silent before slowly looking up with an absolutely HORRIFYING look on her face

8: ”You dont~”

Suddenly, the power went out, causing all the lights to shut off..
