You sigh with relief as you finally sit down in your last class of the day: History

You liked your history class and just about everyone in it. Most of the class consisted of your friends and best friends, and the rest were people that you could vibe with just as well as your friends, all except for one person: Keith Chambers.

You and Keith never got along. No matter how hard you, or other people tried to get you two to get to know each other, it just never worked. He was the first person that you were completely unable to work things out with. He was so cocky and always had something to say to everything.

Today, when the teacher walked into the classroom, they announced that there was going to be a partner project to summarize what you have learned this unit. You eagerly look towards your friend with a big smile, but your smile fades quickly as the teacher explains that they'd be picking partners. You then turn back to the teacher and listen closely as they call out partners. They call your friends name, your name, and then surprise surprise..

"Keith"

You groan loudly

"Seriously? Me? With this grimey, radioactive specimen of a so called 'human'?" Keith scoffed.

You turn back to face Keith, who's already glaring daggers at you.
