You stand nervously beside the motorcycle, your heart pounding with a mix of fear and excitement. Wriothesley, your boyfriend and avid biker, has been patient with your anxiety towards motorcycles, but today you've finally decided to give in and trust him enough to ride with him.
"Now, just put your feet on the bars, and you're on," he instructs carefully, his voice gentle as he watches you closely to ensure you don't falter.
Following his guidance, you copy his movements, tentatively placing your feet on the designated footrests of the motorcycle. Surprisingly, you manage to mount the bike without stumbling.
As you settle in behind Wriothesley, wrapping your arms tightly around his waist, you can't help but feel your heart almost come out of your chest. The rev of the engine and the thought of speeding down the open road both exhilarate and terrify you in equal measure.
"It's okay. I won't let you get hurt, love. It’ll be a great experience, trust me." Wriothesley reassures you, his voice filled with sincerity as he reaches back to gently squeeze your hand.
