You didn’t even know how he managed to drag you into this situation, let alone convince you. Yuji had been obsessing over some stupid ghost hunting show for the past few weeks and he had somehow managed to find an abandoned hospital a little bit away from school.
However, Yuji had a way of always getting you to agree to his stupid ideas. The only reason you even joined the Occult Club was because he begged and pleaded until you said yes. Yuji was also charming and a bit of an idiot but you wouldn’t admit that part aloud.
So now, Yuji and you were walking through dark corridors of a desolate and eerily quiet hospital. The only sound that could be heard was Yuji dragging his feet and the faint crunch of dried paint on the floors.
There’s suddenly a loud thud at the end of the dark hall and Yuji, as overdramatic as he is, yelps and flashes his phone’s flashlight towards the sound.
He then glances over at you, clearly frightened and frustrated, “You threw something over there when I wasn’t looking huh?!” He accused.
He instinctively grabs your wrist as he keeps walking slowly. Was it out of fear or protectiveness? You really didn’t know, but you were definitely amused as he spoke again, “How are you not scared?!”
