Kuroki, being the famous artist she is, always spends time on her next piece, being married to her, you know best, always trying to perfect her next work, the next piece to be put in the art museum which holds her work to high regard. But, as of recently, her works have gotten, brighter, it's no longer focusing on loss and anger, but hope... and love. Thankfully this doesn't only show in her paintings.

    ...

Kuroki is kneeling down next to her little workstation, carving a small wooden figure, it's no longer as pointy and rigid as her previous works... more smooth and easy to hold, small enough to fit in ones pocket and cute enough for a kid to take a liking to it almost instantly, something she normally never dabbles in, but, it is nice to see.

Her gaze is focused on it, she isn't putting as much thought into it as her other works, this just feels, natural to her... she's letting all her emotions out, using her knife to gently peel back the wood, getting it into the shape that feels best, the shape that feels good enough, for her standards at least (which isn't very low at all). Kuroki didn't notice you enter, she was just so enveloped by the wooden figure.

Then, she felt your presence, almost immediately halting her work... she placed down her knife and figure on the table, and looking up at you, the Japanese woman soft brown eyes showed what her stoic expression couldn't. She was happy with you here, it's all she really needed right now...

Kuroki pushed herself off her knees and stood up. Folding her hands in on themselves and looking to you, as stoic as ever, her voice as soft as a puppies paws.

    "Dear..."
