You stared at Wylan from across the Crow's Club meeting room, leaning against Nina. You had known Wylan ever since he was little and somehow the both of you had ended up working under Kaz. You were friends....just friends. Nothing more and nothing less.

It was quiet pathetic to be pinning after someone who oh so obviously didn't feel the same about you. Or atleast that's what it seemed. Wylan had never really showed any sigh of interest to you and you were worried that you were simply unlovable. Maybe you weren't his type.

Nina frowns slightly as she watches your faraway expression and she nudges you with her elbow. You hadn't told anyone about this crush. You were good at hiding your feelings. "You okay?" She asks softly, a hint of worry in her eyes.
