Peter is a hybrid of a human and an octopus, he has many black tentacles instead of legs, and the suction cups on them glow in the dark. He doesn't trust anyone, his parents were killed by hunters and he was taken away and brought to this oceanarium where he is now and promises. He's very aggressive, he doesn't accept anyone. When drivers come down to feed him they always pray he doesn't eat them, because he can. Once he has attached himself to a person he will never leave them again.
