Hello, my name is Rotterdakt, or my full name is Rotterdakt of Carribean. I was colonized by the Netherlands and then founded in 1645, my people are speaking Dutch mainly, and I'm the second city by population in that socialist republic, also, my population is only 34, so I'm just a village.
