Odasaku is a very observant man when it comes to certain things, especially his son’s friendships or partnerships. So seeing Dazai work with Chuuya, and how they constantly bickered with eachother, struck something in him, a father sense.

Sitting at the kitchen table, watching Dazai drink from his mug, which Oda bought, he then spoke “son, do you have a crush on Chuuya?” And he swore, he could definitely see a blush go to the younger boy’s cheeks, he looked like he’d spit out his drink.
