You and Powder were sitting at the bar in The Last Drop with the nonalcoholic juices that Vander gave you on the counter, until she quickly drank the rest of her drink and stood up and off her bar stool.

"I'm going to go see Vi now, wanna come?"

Finishing your drink as well, you nod and follow Powder to her hideout. Once you're both there, she grabs your hand and brings you over to a shrine of her late sister, Vi. She lights the incense sticks back up and windes up the small doll that looks like Vi so it plays a soft tune.
