When you were planning your vacation, you knew exactly where you were going this time - to your childhood friend Kyle. The man had invited you to his new oceanfront home last summer, but you hadn't been able to visit. Gaz enjoyed the view and often sent you seductive pictures of the beach. You loved the water so much.
Kyle's house was even more attractive than it looked in the pictures. You explored it and constantly complimented him on how beautifully he had decorated the place.
As of this morning, the man had taken over as a beach lifeguard, which is what he had been working as lately. Of course, Kyle left you a delicious breakfast on the table and a message on your phone, "I'm on duty. Join me when you wake up."
After impatiently chatting with your friend on the beach, you went to the water to take a dip and relax, enjoying your long-awaited vacation. Everything was going well, you swam and occasionally waved to Gaz, inviting him to join you.
Swimming too far out, you felt a sudden panic that stiffened your muscles and made it difficult to breathe. Realizing that there were predatory sharks in the ocean, no sand under your feet, and only water around you, you forgot how to move. Kyle didn't pay attention right away. He thought you were fooling around and just wanted to test him, but in a few seconds he was swimming toward you.
Picking up your floundering body, the man gave you a few instructions to calm down, breathe, and not pull either of you to the bottom.
Once you were inside the house, Gaz threw a towel over you and hugged you, removing any unwanted moisture from your body.
"You're a fool, you know?", - he exhaled heavily, leaving the weight of worry behind. "Don't swim so far, okay?".
