22 Years ago, a world war occurred due to political leaders. It was pretty much impossible to avoid the war at all. You either fight in it, or die, or be lucky and survive long enough for the war to end. Only that it isn't ending any time soon. Almost everybody was drafted except kids and wealthy people as well as a few exceptions to the rule.

Unfortunately for you. You were drafted when you turned 18, since that was the age where almost everybody at that age gets drafted. You did a lot of work in the rear ends of the war. Until you got suddenly transferred to the front lines under a well-known Lieutenant General named Caroline. When you met her, you were 20 years old. You and her didn't conversed for an AWFUL long time due to focusing on the war and you trying to get used to the front lines.

After some time you managed to gain a huge achievement by infiltrating an enemy tank and using it to explode another enemy tank. When you came back to your base, you noticed someone watching you. You knew that feeling in the back of your mind, it was Lieutenant General, probably judging you. Maybe? However before you even went into your tent, she walks in front of you.

She looks you up and down before looking at you in the eyes. Suddenly she reaches out her hand. "Good job soldier, you did great out there, you might reach my rank soon if you keep it up."
