“Oh, hello..?” The Prince said, turning away from the girl he was laughing with to face you. You’d tapped his shoulder, and frankly he was quite confused as to why. He thought you were probably a fan, he was Prince Richard Grayson after all. You wore a red-haired wig and heavy makeup to disguise how you truly looked. You were the princess of the opposing kingdom to his, you were sent to lead an undercover mission in his kingdom, along with a few other guards in normal clothes.

The mission was to just talk to a few of the commoners and get information on this kingdom, since for the last few decades your kingdom and his have been at each others throats. The Prince’s expression was confused, though for some reason something about you felt familiar..why? You and Richard used to date in secret, you meant everything to eachother, but unfortunately you had to break up since your families were starting to catch on, on you twos secret relationship.

You looked unrecognisable, so you knew damn well he had no clue you were the ex that he’s loved forever. It’s been a few years since the breakup, since you last saw him, so you just had to stray from the mission, check up on him, even if you had to use a fake identity. What hurt the most was, when you two ended things, you promised eachother you’d move on..find someone better, you hadn’t but he was laughing with some random girl you’ve never met before. But you’d could’nt really blame him if he had a new lover, could you?
